How to work on building those little Hand Muscles!!

Fine Motor Skills

*Lacing Cards

*Stringing Beads (fruit loops, macaroni ect.)

*Fill a jar half way with rice the child's hand will fit inside and place different sizes of safety pins and pull have them pull them out

*Opening and Closing lids on jars

*Stirring food in a large bowl

*Pouring water from a picture into a glass

*Using scissors – making a fringe around paper is a good way to

practice opening and closing the scissors. 

*Cut straws

*Cut out pictures in magazines, coupons, or just paper into pieces

*Play Dough – roll into small balls, long ropes and make letters,

Just play!

Halloween Party & Pictures

On Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st. Nicole Anderson will be at the preschool to take your child's picture for the yearbook.

For the Halloween party please send your child to school in their costume. The preschoolers will be singing some Halloween songs the last 15 minutes of class. You are invited to come! Don't forget your cameras!
